Driver Bio:
Charlie started drag boat racing in 1989 at the age of 25 then he became interested in Inboard "circle racing". He won Rookie of the Year in Region Ten (Oregon/Washington) in 1990 In 1993 he was two time Region Ten Champion. He finished in top ten standings in APBA in 1993 overall high points. By 1995 he was driving the "SS-111 Superstition" that was owned by Gerald Dugan at the time. He joined Dick & Gay Bement and the "Creme Bement" racing team in 1998. Marquard's goal as he looks to the future - K Boat Racing!
